Reflecting the apostle Paul's approach to church leadership values, The Rock Calvary Chapel Pillars will develop a community of believers who are firmly grounded by their faith, possess genuine moral and ethical integrity, nd are fervent in their desire to serve in performance-oriented roles in the church.

The Rock Calvary Chapel Pillars will inform enrollees of the guiding Biblical principles of the Rock Calvary Chapel, and of the Calvary Chapel distinctives. Participants will be made aware of service opportunities within the church through in-class presentations and direct observations. Pillars will prepare attendees to become team oriented members for the area they wish to serve in.
