Mission trip Opportunity
The Rock CC is going to Mexico! Pastor Jack will be leading a mission trip to Rosarito, Mexico May 15th thru the 21st. On this trip you will be serving in churches, orphanages, and serving in other various places as needed. The Cost is $500. Spots are limited so sign up now if you plan to go. The calling of the church was proclaimed by Jesus Christ in the Great Commission, to make disciples of all nations unto the glory of God through Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18–20). The book of Acts and the epistles of the New Testament exhibit that this disciple-making endeavor is carried out through the ministry of the local church. The mission of the church is to proclaim Christ, seeking to establish and strengthen local churches.
The Rock Calvary Chapel believes it's not only important to financially support God's servants through church planting and short term missions trips, but to be fervently praying and shepherding them as they strive to go out into all the nations making disciples. Let's continue to pray for these individuals as they glorify God through their service out in this big world!
