School of Ministry
On January 14th, 2026, we will begin our School of ministry. The School of Ministry offers rigorous Christian discipleship to prepare you for leadership in God’s kingdom. Applicants must be committed to spiritual growth, possess a strong work ethic, and be ready to step out in faith wherever the Lord calls. This program equips future pastors, ministry leaders, worship leaders, missionaries, and children’s and women’s ministry directors. Applications for the school is located at the welcome desk and are due no later than January 4th 2026 at 1:00pm after 2nd service.  For details, speak with any of our pastors.

Men’s Breakfast
Saturday, Jan. 3rd at 08:00am, men at The Rock Calvary Chapel meet at the outdoor pavillion for a morning devotional, fellowship and delicious bacon! This is a great opportunity to invite a friend, or if your new to get plugged into the church.

Prophecy Night
We are excited to welcome Pastor Tom Hughes, founder of Hope for Our Times, as our guest speaker for a special weekend of teaching and encouragement on Saturday evening, January 17, at 6:30 PM (doors open at 5:30pm. Pastor Hughes will address key end-times questions such as when Jesus is coming back, why Israel is important in Bible prophecy, and what the end will look like according to Scripture. This will be a powerful and informative time as he provides timely biblical insight for the days we are living in. Please note that there will be no child care available for this event. Registration is available on our website, and the cost is $5.you must sign up as this event opens to the public Sunday evening at 5pm. It’s likely to fill up, so be sure to sign up before then

Worship 101
Have you ever thought about using your musical gifts to honor the Lord? We’re hosting a Worship 101 Class on January 7th at 6:30pm for anyone interested in joining the worship team here at The Rock. This class is a required step and focuses on the purpose of worship: making sure we’re all on the same page that worship isn’t a show or a performance, but an act of honoring God. To be part of the worship team, we do ask that you’ve been attending The Rock for at least six months, so we’re building a committed team. There’s a sign-up sheet in the lobby if you’d like to attend.

Israel Trip
We will have a mandatory meeting immediately following second service Sunday, January 4th, 2026. At that time, we will also collect the $500 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot. Please bring any questions you may have. Pastor Aaron will be sharing important information and details about what to expect as we prepare for this exciting journey.
