Service Opportunities

Let’s worship Jesus together. Whether in Hymns or modern worship songs, we want to see the name of Jesus lifted high! God is great and worthy to be praised. Contact someone in leadership if you are interested in joining the worship team.
Kitchen Ministry
Our kitchen ministry is an essential part of our weekly services. In the kitchen, servants show love to the church body through the provision of hot beverages and delicious baked goods. If you would like to join our kitchen ministry, just speak to someone in the kitchen on Sunday or Thursday evening and they will point you in the right direction.

Children’s Ministry

Children are a heritage from the LORD! He has given you such a precious gift. Our trusted servants will bless your children while you study the Word of God in the sanctuary. If you’re interested in serving in Kids’ Rock contact someone in leadership.
Greeting Ministry
Greeting people is a vital part of our church culture. At The Rock CC we LOVE people, and greeters are usually the first opportunity to show people love as they come to the church. If you have the desire to give people an inviting welcome into the church talk to someone in leadership.
Cleaning Ministry
The Rock CC is a busy place through the week, especially on Sundays and Thursday evenings. Where crowds are, messes are too. Our cleaning ministry does an excellent job keeping the church and ministry buildings clean and ready to go for the next service. Cleaning helpers are always welcome. If you feel like you can help, speak to someone in leadership to get started.
Nursery Ministry
The Rock CC Nursery is for children aged birth through 4. We have a caring and compassionate staff that provide an opportunity for your young ones to build friendships and hear simple Bible lessons as you sit in service to hear the Word. If you are skilled in working with babies and toddlers contact someone in leadership to discuss helping in the nursery.
Bread Ministry
The Rock CC has established a relationship with our local Panera Bread  in which they donate their leftover bread and pastries to us. We put the pastries out for Sunday services, and package and place the bread out for our congregation to take home and eat or give to someone to encourage relationship building. This ministry requires someone to pickup the bread on Wednesday evenings, then bring it to the church where a small team of volunteers prepares it for Sunday. Contact someone in leadership if you’d like to help out.
